This thing is really handy for charting. It writes smoothly. Looks like a lot of the companies products contain logos.

This chart pen is pictured without a logo. It arrived with NurseProPack.com in bold lettering on it. I stuck a piece of tape over the logo because it irritated me to pay for a promotional advertising product. C'mon nursepropack.com, promo items are usually given out free by product reps! The pen should be accurately pictured on the website if you are going to charge consumers $1.99 to advertise for you.
