RETURNS POLICY
Nurse Pro Pack hopes you find our products useful in your career and that they meet or exceed your quality expectations. If for any reason you find that our products do not meet your needs we will be glad to accept back any products which are in original condition and not used or soiled. Please call 1-(800) 284-3449 and speak to a Customer Service Representative or email customerservice@NurseProPack.com and we will supply a Return Authorization. Please note shipping and handling are non-refundable and you are responsible for any return shipping charges.
If you feel there is a quality problem with a pack manufactured by Nurse Pro Pack, please call 1-(800) 284-3449 and speak with a customer service representative. Our warranty is for one year for defects in material and workmanship. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective packs. You will be responsible for any shipping to Nurse Pro Pack, repaired or replaced items will be shipped free of charge.
